How to reach us — and what we cannot do
Tests Canada has no user accounts, no messaging system, and no contact form, because the site is 100% static and collects no personal data. No email address is published here, so that no message can be lost or answered from an address that does not exist.
For official questions, go to the official source
Questions about an official licence, an official test booking, or a citizenship application must go to the official body, not to a practice site. See the disclaimer and sources page for the official links: ontario.ca and DriveTest for G1, canada.ca / IRCC for citizenship, and saaq.gouv.qc.ca for the SAAQ test.
About a practice question
If a practice question looks wrong, the best check is the official source named in its explanation. Practice questions are original study questions, and mock formats shown here are target formats to be confirmed against the official source.
